Born and raised in Kamloops B.C. I moved out to Vancouver when I was 19 years old because I heard there is a better chance of me getting into the film industry here, than there is staying in the small town of Kamloops. I snuck out on a Sunday, I told my mom I was going to church. But instead I drove to Vancouver where I already had a gentleman waiting to show me a shared apartment suite. I put the money down that day, and phoned my mom, who was now worried and mad that I had gone there without telling anyone. There was nothing she could do now. But that was the way to get out because I had a feeling she would have never let me go, in a good loving way.
